This is the popular MD-515/TV-WN-SB, an F-style mandolin featuring Eastman's Truetone Vintage varnish finish and a wider-than-standard nut width.

The F-style body provides a tight, crisp attack characteristic of the style, while the carved solid body delivers impressive volume and projection. The result is a mandolin with both excellent articulation and substantial acoustic power.

The Truetone Vintage finish, Eastman's proprietary varnish finish, gives the instrument a warm, rounded response and a beautifully vintage-inspired appearance. The extremely thin finish also allows the instrument to develop an increasingly natural character as it is played over time.

Another notable feature is the wide 30.1mm nut width, compared with the standard 27.7mm specification. This provides additional room for the left hand and contributes to a fuller, more substantial tonal character.
