only used twice. then was stored in a temp controlled room. it works great. was bought originally from guitar center brand new out of the box comes with the original Manuel and software and cords and accessory's   everything in the photos comes with the Akai all of which are also in great shape i don't play when it comes to shipping these machines so the packaging will reflect that. last thing we need is it to get damaged in shipping. at the end of the day you can rest easy knowing your order will be packed in such a way it wont get damaged in transit
