PACKING AND SHIPPING

Each cabinet is carefully inspected before shipment and professionally packed to protect the piano black finish.

Protective film, foam, corner protection, and heavy-duty shipping materials are used as appropriate. Double-boxing may also be used for additional protection during transit.

Orders are normally processed within three business days after cleared payment. Local pickup may also be available.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

RETURN POLICY

Please contact HQaudios before requesting a return. Many fitment, installation, or mounting questions can be resolved quickly through photos and troubleshooting assistance.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the listing description.

Returned items must remain in their original, unaltered condition and include all supplied hardware and original packaging.

Cabinets that have been drilled, cut, modified, refinished, incorrectly installed, or damaged through misuse may not qualify for return.

10-YEAR WARRANTY

This newly manufactured piano black wood case is backed by our 10-year warranty from the original purchase date. The warranty is transferable during the covered period.

Warranty coverage applies to qualifying defects in workmanship or materials under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover scratches, fingerprints, swirl marks, accidental damage, improper cleaning, water or moisture exposure, improper installation, drilling, refinishing, unauthorized modifications, misuse, normal cosmetic aging, or damage caused by incompatible equipment.

Shipping costs associated with warranty inspection or service are generally the buyer’s responsibility.
