Works great, no dents in screen, a few scrapes to the metal case because the suspension clip grabs the mic tightly.
I used this mic mainly as a kick out mic, but experimented as a mono overhead, knee mic, an over the shoulder in a Recorderman configuration, and as a room mic. It did well in all of those positions.
