Offering a vintage 1940's and super-rare TURNER T6 Microphone Desk Stand. The unusual and unique art deco design is sometimes referred to as "The Pineapple" due to it's dimpled fluted base. This mic stand is heavy, a solid cast iron build which will securely support any number of mid to larger model of vintage microphones. The physical condition is very good with only the mildest signs of wear. (There is a cable exit hole one one side if you wanted to run the cable through the riser tube, but meanwhile, we've closed the hole with a screw/nut to hide it...see last photo.) These stands seldomly pop up for sale and are coveted by collectors wanting to highlight that "special" microphone. (I have one in my collection too!) The base is 5.5 inches in diameter and 8.5" tall...threads show no wear at all.
