Built in 2008 or 2009 (can't recall which, saw it on the chassis once during a service a few years ago,) this is the non-reverb Matchless C-30 in head format. This one has a separate effects loop for each channel (trs-to-ts/ts y-cable; console insert style,) which is crazy, a push/pull master volume that can be switched out of the circuit entirely, a half power switch, phase switch with two speaker outs and, of course, switchable impedance (4/8/16 ohm.)

She is dressed in the original burgundy/cream getup with black hardware. Everything is totally functional and she sounds amazing. There is some obvious wear but nothing excessive; you can see the condition from the pics, there are no flaws being hidden. She looks like she's done some work because she has- at one point for about 5 or 6 years straight she worked with me every week multiple times each week and I'd still go out with her now because she's built like a tank. Seriously, like an actual tank, and you'll feel what I mean the first time you flip one of the switches. And she is HEAVY. Upwards of 70lb, I think. Heavier than any combo I've ever owned, though, admittedly, I've never had a Super or a Twin. Point is, set her on a cabinet and she will hold it down to the floor and never give away the fact that she's on a living, breathing speaker box.

If you want to feel the Rock and make the noises, she'll do it. If you want to be expressive and subtle, she'll do it. If you want to throw away your compression pedal and still have sustain, she'll do it. If you want to get tech-y on your routing and switching, she'll do it. If you want to get a full body workout from carrying a head around, she'll do it.

She's amazing and I will miss her. I would love to hand her off in person but if not I will make sure she is shipped with care.
