Top range Eastman mandolin, purchased from TAMCO, Brighton, in 2015.
With factory-fitted Schertler pick-up. High gloss finish.
Professionally repaired crack (cosmetic only) by f-hole. Also some small dings in the gloss finish from picks or fingernails. See photos. (The finish seemed a little soft in the early days)
The neck has been set professionally following some previous movement; it's currently strung with 10-36 Ernie Ball strings.
I've described it as Fair for this reason, but it actually plays very nicely. A quality hand-made mandolin at less than half-price!
