A pedal-style recreation of the ROCKMAN X100 sound that took the world by storm in the f80s

The original Rockman X100 was designed in the 1980s by Tom Scholz?guitarist for the hard rock band gBostonh and a doctor of engineering?and took the world by storm as a groundbreaking portable guitar amp simulator and headphone amp.

At the time, Tom founded his own company, Scholz Research & Development (SR&D), to pursue his ideal guitar sound, and went on to release a series of innovative guitar tools.

Among these, the X100 earned high praise as a versatile model featuring a distinctive drive sound and a crystal-clear chorus effect, capable of direct input into a recording console.
Transcending the boundaries of a mere headphone amp, its performance was highly regarded as a recording tool.
The MXR? ROCKMAN? X100? ANALOG TONE PROCESSOR is a pedal that condenses the full sound of the original X100 into a compact pedal.
