Used for one recording session and one very mellow gig before switching back to my old standby Boss ME-50B. Absolutely no fault of the EBS. I’m just used to my old equipment, I guess.
You can find a lot of pedals that do some of what this pedal does, but you will not find one that does everything this one does.
This is the only true “throw it in the gig bag and head to the gig” pedal I have ever managed to track down.
Tuner, compressor, clean channel, dirty channel, and a wide variety of routing and connection options.
Compressor is a nice, subtle smoothing variety that helps rein in peaks
The clean EQ is extremely effective and can help you get about any tone you want.
The dirty channel can go from subtle grunt to full on muff fuzz.
Excellent for live and recording!
