Like new condition. Only used once or twice. Gives you approximately an extra 3/4 inch of shank length. I used it to bring down the pitch of a sharp small shank baritone/euphonium. There doesn't seem to be many retailers selling these - not sure if Conn-Selmer is still making them. The mouthpiece shown in the picture is not included.
