For a small amp with jaw-dropping British punch, look to the Vox MSB25 Mini Superbeetle. Fueled by a NuTube-equipped analog preamp circuit, this 25-watt mini stack exudes authentic Vox tones. It looks the part, too, with an iconic chrome stand and distinctive Vox styling.
The cab has a Celestion 10" 8ohm speaker. The head also loves bigger cabs too.
The head can be used with 4, 8 or 16 ohm cabs, has dual spkr outs and headphone/line out jack. BTW, you can put your cable half way into the headphone/line out jack and it bypasses the cab sim (useful when recording).
A friend bought this before passing away. I planned to keep it, but it honestly sounds so close to my tube amp (that I've invested a lot in), that I can't justify having both.
