This is a Fender 94 Twin or Twin-Amp or Evil Twin. I have owned it since new and it plays great. Only imperfection is a stain on the top of the amplifier, otherwise it is fantastic. Tubes have been replaced and biased and amp was recently inspected and pots cleaned out. Plays fantastic. Original speakers are installed. Manufactured in January of 1997. Comes with pedal, cable, user manual and factory schematic. Also comes with 4 original coasters because it is a heavy beast. Better descriptions can be found online I am sure, so I won't double them here, but it does everything you could want an amp to do and as loud as you want to do it!
