TASCAM 414 MKII Multitrack 4-Track Cassette Recorder

This Tascam 414 MKII has been fully serviced, cleaned, and calibrated, and is ready for immediate use. All core functions, including recording and playback on all four tracks, operate properly and the unit sounds great. Track-to-track response and noise characteristics may still vary, as is typical for analog cassette multitrack recorders. There is a video attached to the listing where recording and playback on all 4 tracks as well as the half speed mod is demonstrated.

The unit has an added half speed switch. The half speed switch switches the unit from playing at high speed to normal speed. The pitch knob needs to be adjusted counter clockwise after using the switch to dial into normal speed. It can go even lower than normal as well.

Noise reduction is untouched.

Effect sends and returns seem to be functional. Very lightly tested

The unit is in great cosmetic condition. Normal wear from use.
