Selling my long time workhorse bass. I'm not gigging really anymore and I find that I haven't really reached for this bass in a year or so since getting a custom build and a USA Short Scale Stingray.
This one has one of the thinner necks I've played compared to other jazz jr's. It measures about ~0.79" at the 1st fret and has a nice smooth satin finish up and down the neck.
I had 3/8" UL's installed at one point, if you're interested in a set of USA clover UL's, I can throw those in for an extra $75. This one has picked up a number of chips on the body. This is unfortunately pretty normal with the shell pink finish Fender uses nowadays, I've had three shell pink instruments from them and all have a number of paint chips. There's a few marks on the side of the neck as well. They don't affect playability. I only noticed them because I did a look-over the bass before listing.
weights 7.63lbs on the postal scale.
includes a handful of aftermarket pickguards, including (i) the tortoise shell one currently on the bass, (ii) mint green, (iii) pink mirror and (iv) stock white one.
