   You are looking at a high quality Electro Voice RE-50 model dynamic microphone made in the 1990 in Buchanan, Michigan. It comes with the E.V model clip and E.V mic case shown in which to store everything.

 It should be noted right away that this RE-50 works like new. 

 Pic # 2 shows the mics characteristics from an old E.V advertisement as well as some other very popular E.V mics of that era. The RE-50 model was ideal for broadcasting and recording purposes and was often seen used for interviews in new casts and often seen on podiums for just about any conference you could think of. A rugged, quality mic that is still being sold today but the newer RE-50's are being built in China I believe. This is a quality American made product.

 The RE-50 is a low impedance mic but it has more of a mid range tone. It has an 80 - 13,000 HZ and is omni-directional in nature. The mic is appx 8 inches long X 2 inches wide at the bezel of the front screen.

 As you can see the mic is in very good overall condition with some lite scratches on the painted finish. Justa  few small paint chips as well. It's free of any dents and there is nothing loose inside or out. The front screen is perfect. The original inner foam pop filter was replaced because it was getting in bad condition. The new foam will last for decades. The E.V label looks great and completely legible. The XLR pins on the mic were cleaned to ensure a perfect signal once a cable is attached. I'd rate the mic a true 7 + on a scale of 1 - 10.

 The E.V model mic clip is included. It's in very nice physical condition with just a few scuff marks. it works excellent and it will screw onto any desk or floor stand you have.

 The black metal E.V mic case is also included and a great place to store the mic as well as any cable you might happen to use. The case has a great locking mechanism  and has two inner pads. The case is appx 10 inches long X 5 inches deep X 4 inches tall.

 As you can see there are paint chips and scuff marks on the case but it's free of any dents or fractures. The original E.V emblem is till on the exterior as well.

       This older RE-50 is ready to go!
