Amazing stereo pair of vintage tube preamps! Connections have been upgraded to XLR and there’s hi and lo eq along with gain controls for each 😎 these are so awesome, definition of classic and rare. they definitely don’t build them like this anymore. Faceplate is solid aluminum. HUGE triad transformers.
They sound great, I was using them on snare and just about anything I wanted to sweeten up. Fun as a stereo pair too.
I have changed my setup recently and I have some other magnasync gear so this has become redundant otherwise I’d be keeping them. Great entry into tube mic pres. sure to keep their value because they’re part of history!
