The Tascam Portastudio 424 MK1 is a classic 4-track analog cassette recorder from the early 1990s. It features a 6-channel mixer, 3-band EQ with parametric mid-range, dbx noise reduction, and a half-speed recording option. It records on standard compact cassettes, with Type-II (High Bias) tape strongly recommended for the best fidelity.
