2005 Fender Standard Stratocaster – Blue – Made in Mexico – Excellent Condition – Fender Gig Bag Included

For sale is a 2005 Fender Standard Stratocaster made in Mexico in the classic Lake Placid Blue finish with a maple fretboard. This is an exceptionally clean example that was originally purchased new by a woman for her husband, who ultimately never spent much time playing it. The condition of the frets tells the story—they show virtually no playing wear.

As with all of my guitars, this Strat has been thoroughly cleaned, fitted with fresh strings, and the frets have been polished, so it’s ready to play right out of the case.

The Lake Placid Blue finish looks fantastic and pairs beautifully with the maple neck and fretboard.

Condition

• Frets show essentially zero playing wear and have been polished.

• Neck is straight and plays beautifully.
• Hardware has been cleaned and presents very well.
• The only cosmetic blemish I could find is one tiny indentation on the back of the body (pictured). Otherwise, the guitar is remarkably clean for a 20-year-old instrument.
