Nice premier near Drum from the 80s. Overall, the in very good original condition. The diecast tubes have some pitting, especially on the top hoop stays on very but does not release completely. It appears to be complete with all pieces there, but I have not disassemble the drum to lubricator . finish is in very good condition and the is in round with nice bearing edges.
