I’m selling an Epiphone Les Paul Ultra III with upgrades and downgrades.

The bad:
- The piezo system broke some years ago, since then I removed completely the faulty PCB, and the nanomag pickup itself. The cover at the 22nd fret is there and glued in. The USB functionality is also missing.
- I removed the built in tuner, and replaced the pickup rings with black ones.
- At the tuners, there are two silver washers missing, replaced by thinner black ones.
- It has some long scratches in the finish, visible only from some angles. See the last photos.

The good:
- Graphtech Black TUSQ nut.
- String Butler.
- Mojotone wiring.
- Grover locking tuners.
- Frets leveled recently.
- Pickguard, pot knobs, switch knob and switch ring replaced for a more modern look.

It plays like butter. It has ~3.4kg, satin neck, belly cut, extremely comfortable to play. The strings are very low, with no fret buzz, and combined with the lower Epi-style frets, you “feel” the guitar under your fingertips while playing. The tuning is also very stable. In general, it’s a solid choice for an LP, ready to play in studio or on stage.
