1964 Ludwig Oyster Black Pearl Bass Drum 14x20
- Overall in very good working order.
- Original badge and grommet are firmly in place. Serial 41958
- Originally had a rail. Holes were plugged and filled with matching wrap.
- Wrap is clean & vibrant. Holding well at the seams and free of cracks or splits.
- Wrap has some surface scratches & scuffs around the drum.
- 3-ply shell with white interior and original bearing edges.
- Edges are typical for this era with minor splits in the re-ring & wood glue/filler in places.
- Heads fit on nicely. Includes original Ludwig heads.
- Hardware is all in very good working order.
- Chrome is clean with some signs of use & age. Scratches & some mild surface pitting.
- Original hoops & inlay. Original paint is chipping and shows scratches.
- Complete & ready to go
