Custom Sound 2x12 speaker cab fitted with Marshall Gold 100w Celestion speakers, revAMPlified

I converted this from a pair of PA speakers to a cabinet suitable for an amplifier head. The speakers came out of a Marshall VS102R combo which I converted to a head for a local studio (see other listing).

This has a single 1/4" jack and has 2x 16ohm Marshall Gold 100w speakers currently wired in parallel to give 8 ohms using heavy duty wire.

The speakers are Celestion 12" model T4994, (Marshall Goldback, ceramic 16ohm, 100w) with date code 29DH = April 1998.

The cabinet is in average gigged condition with a few little dings and scratches on the vinyl and the chromed corner protectors are a little rusty but are riveted on and still do the job. It's got a handle on the top/side and I've fitted new rubber feet so it can be stood on end or on the side.

It was used in a studio until recently with a Marshall 100w head and used in several recordings.
