We purchased this Rupert Neve Shelford Channel Strip new in 2021 (we are the original owners), and it has spent the entirety of its life in our home studio. Very light use, non-smoking environment. As you can see in the photos, very minor cosmetic scratches where the unit was screwed into the rack - nothing that impedes its function. Works beautifully - we just had a change of plans and need to sell it. Everything you see in the photos is what is included (ie, Neve Shelford Channel Strip, power cord, original packaging.)
