For sale is a matching pair of vintage Ludwig Black Cortex concert toms from the late 1970s featuring Blue & Olive badges.
Included:
• 6.5x10 concert tom
• 8x12 concert tom
• Original Ludwig double concert tom stand
The stand is in excellent working condition with smooth adjustments and clean chrome.
Condition:
• 12" drum has a very clean Black Cortex wrap with excellent color and shine.
• 10" drum has typical tom rash on the wrap from years of use but is structurally solid and presents well.
• Chrome is very nice overall with normal light vintage wear.
• Bearing edges are clean.
• Interiors are clean and original.
• Badges are original.
These are great sounding vintage Ludwig concert toms that would be perfect for completing a late 1970s Ludwig kit or for players looking for the classic concert tom sound.
