The 2015-2016 Gibson True Historics were the most accurate of all the Les Paul reissues. They carried a hefty price tag over the regular Historics and were made in very small numbers. With this particular guitar it's like travelling back in time to 1959 , walking into a Gibson dealer and buying a brand new 59 Les Paul Standard in Cherry Sunburst. This guitar has not been aged in any way by Gibson. No fading of the finish , no dents , dings , weather checks or aging of the hardware. The previous owner bought it as an investment so he didn't play it . The condition is impeccable. The flame is subtle like the original Bursts but can come alive in the right light and angles. Look at your "Beauty of the Burst" book. 8lbs 6oz , .90 at the first and 1.01 at the 12th fret. Custom Buckers to replicate original PAF tone , binding bleed on the body and neck ( that's how they did it ) True Historic COA , paperwork and OHSC. Of course , it plays and sounds amazing.
