This is a Rode Rodelink "FilmMaker" series wireless receiver (not full system, receiver only).
Popular platform for film and video work, as the unit can be mounted on a camera with the right attachment, or worn on belt or in pocket.

Works great and was used as an extra unit. Only hiccup is that the power switch doesn't turn it off, so you just have to pop a battery out (powers up as soon as batteries are in).
It comes with the 1/8" camera link cable as shown.
