Here is a beautiful WFLiii Generations 6-ply Mahogany/Maple/Mahogany 22x16 bass drum for your consideration.

This drum is simply exquisite, dressed in a beautiful champagne sparkle lacquer. The thin mahogany/maple shells and hand-finished bearing edges help these drums sing. The die-cast lugs and hoops round out this very handsome boutique shell. This is truly a one of a kind kick.

This drum is in excellent condition, having lived most of its life in a studio. The hoops are 100% brand new - WFLIII sent me these are replacements for the originals which had some finish issues. The hoops mounted have never been played.

There are a few scratches on the inside shell and a couple of minor blemishes in the outer finish. The blemishes are purely cosmetic and don't affect the tone in any way. Otherwise this drum is completely damage free. All parts are original and function as they should.

These bass drums are hard to find and sell for north of $1000 when purchased new. The build quality, hardware, and finish are world class. The amazingly resonant thin mahogany shells are very easy to tune and sing with an incredibly warm tone. These are the drums Ludwig and Slingerland wish they could've made 75 years ago.

The kick has a logo WFLiii front head and a brand new Remo Powerstroke 3 batter head.
