The Neumann KM54 is considered the gold standard acoustics guitar microphone. It uses a single side nickel capsule (true cardioid!) and the famous Telefunken AC701K tube. This microphone is all original, revision A. Serial number 183, with the rare chromed head. Its completely tested and perfect. It works and sounds great. Capsule has the original skin and the tube is also the one that came with the mic originally. Its very quiet. All electronics are factory original. The body is pretty clean. This is a 70 years old mic.
The microphone comes with an original Neumann jewelry case, which seems to be from its sister microphone, the KM56. A new modern Schaal (Germany) regulated power supply with Sommer cabling is include, as well as a new Schoeps clip and a waterproof case. This set is ready to be used in studio and is in great shape.
