This is a working instrument. It sounds great plugged in. It has a volume knob on it. It is not prone to feedback as much as an acoustic guitar would be. I believe that’s an EMG pick up in there.
The problem with it is it is heavy. Probably about 16 pounds and I just can’t wear it anymore. I’m 62 years old with arthritis in my neck and back from playing Les Paul’s for 40 years. Plays really good.
