Kendrick Bassman Chassis 1996

For sale is a Mint Condition hardly used 1996 Kendrick model 2410 Bassman Chassis. All original. Recently recapped and tuned up by Carl’s Custom Amps. It has a buffered effects loop that can be used as an extra gain stage. Matched new Groove Tubes 6L6 power tubes and a nice mix of new and vintage preamp tubes. Gerald built his reputation on Perfect BassMan reproductions with His own additional circuit features which give the amp slightly more gain and a huge Texas Blues Tone with ringing sustain and Harmonic overdrive. At 4 to 6 volume it has all the gorgeous tone, chime, detail and clarity of the classic or 50’s BassMans. As You turn up the volume the amp starts to really sing with ringing sustain and overdrive and the fantastic Tone Great BassMans are known for. add an aftermarket cab and You will have a great BassMan at a fraction of the price of a vintage amp. The new reproduction amps have circuit boards, not the point to point wiring of the originals. Nothing else on the market comes close to this amp for capturing the original tone, character and touch sensitive response of this amp. I have owned and gigged with 57, 59 and 60 BassMans and this amp is their equal in every way. With Gerald’s untimely passing, His amps will only go up in price and collectibility.
