This listing is for one like-new/unused/NOS Shure AD2 Axient Digital Handheld Wireless Transmitter + Audix OM5 Microphone Capsule + SoundTools/Rat Sound Au-Sh Adapter.

These units were originally purchased as backups, but never ended up getting used. They have since been preserved in a climate-controlled storage unit. The Shure microphones were originally AD2/SM58's, but the capsules were immediately replaced with Audix OM5's. Other than opening the box to install the adapters and the Audix capsules, everything is in the same condition as it would be if purchased brand new.

Both the Audix wireless microphone capsules and the Soundtools adapters have been out of production for well over a decade. Both of these items are extremely rare, and nearly impossible to find in this unused condition.
