The Vox Clyde McCoy Wah is the original wah-wah pedal, introduced in 1967. Originally designed to emulate the muted trumpet technique of jazz trumpeter Clyde McCoy, its unintended use with electric guitar created a music-changing, highly expressive, and vocal-like sweeping filter effect. Please note that the bottom faceplate is not available.
