TC Electronic Flashback X4 is in very good condition with normal use. Pedal works fine with no issues and sounds good. Comes with the foam rubber bottom adhesive, owners manual and box that has been torn as shown. Sorry, no power supply with this one. Has both types of velcro strips on the bottom.
