I do not know the history of this PreSonus iTwo but I believe it is working. I plugged the included USB cable into a Windows 11 desktop to power it up and all the lights with corresponding switches are all working. I connected a MIC and Headset and it was functioning as it should. I have done no other testing but I will accept a return if there are any issues. There is NO softweare included . I did find what was called Universal Control software at the following site for MAC and Windows that can be downloaded.

I am including a USB cable, and a 15 foot male 1/4" to 1/4" cable as pictured. There is one small chip in the finish as pictured, Other then the one small paint chip there are no other cosmetic issues, ONCE AGAIN - THERE IS NO SOFTWARE INCLUDED.
