This is an excellent working condition pedal. There is little to no wear or signs of use on pedal. Comes with original box and paper work + sticker, JHS guitar pick and pedal.

Requires standard 9V DC negative power (consumes just 19mA), not included.

The JHS Little Black Buffer is an always-on utility pedal that restores the high-end sparkle, signal strength, and tonal clarity that get lost when you run long cables or string multiple pedals together.

Impedance Conversion: It converts your guitar’s weak high-impedance (Hi-Z) signal into a strong low-impedance (Low-Z) signal.

Prevents Tone Loss: This conversion "pushes" your signal through long cables and pedal chains without suffering from high-frequency roll-off or muddiness.

Placement: It is typically placed at the very beginning of your pedal chain (right after any vintage fuzz pedals, which don't play nicely with buffers) or at the very end of your board to drive the signal strongly into your amplifier.

  • Form Factor: Because it has no knobs and is meant to stay on all the time, it features a tiny enclosure that can even be mounted underneath your pedalboard to save space.
