While Romeo Adaci was best known for his highly sought after orchestral trumpets, he also built a few beautiful and innovative trombones over the course of his career.
This gorgeous example features Adaci's uniquely radiused tuning crook and slide crook designs, as well as a curved Williams-style slide hand grip.
The 8" bell, neck pipe, and outer slide tubes would all appear to be gold brass, with a yellow brass tuning crook and a nickel silver slide crook and trim.
Slide action is excellent, 8.5/10 or better.
No dents or signs of dent removal, just a few lacquer flaws on the bell flare as pictured.
Includes a Bach case with case cover in excellent condition. The interior has been slightly modified to accommodate the tuning crook.
Don't miss this rare opportunity to own a highly collectible example of Mr. Adaci's unique and impeccable craftsmanship.
