AKAI MPC 60 MKII – Legendary Roger Linn Groove Machine
Akai MPC 60 MKII, one of the most influential samplers and sequencers ever made. Designed by Roger Linn and released in 1991, the MPC 60 mk2 helped shape the sound of hip-hop, house, electronic, and countless classic records. I've made some of my best on it. I was going to recondition it myself, but my back injury and life saw otherwise. My band's sticker is still on it, along with tape used for live routing info, but once you take the cover off easily removable.
This unit delivers the unmistakable MPC feel that producers still chase today — punchy timing, legendary swing, and that tactile workflow that turned beat-making into an art form.
