Being sold as in "Very Good" condition; some cosmetic blems are present (scuffs and paint chips), but nothing that affects the functionality of the pedal.

The preferred way to power any pedal is by using a 2.1mm center negative tip 9 volt (unless otherwise specified) isolated power supply that is designed for guitar effects. Using any other type of power supply may cause damage to the pedal.
Unless otherwise noted, this pedal is designed to only work with a guitar (not a harp, not a banjo, not a keyboard etc...). Use outside of its intended purpose may cause damage.
Note that the silver caps on this series of pedals are prone to coming off but that does not affect the functionality of the pedal. If they come loose, a dab of glue is all that is needed to re secure them to the pot shaft. They're just a cosmetic cover.
