Full sized violin in great condition! Wide grain Spruce top and Maple for the back and ribs with great flaming. The varnish is original and a beautiful deeper golden brown in person.

Has had quite a few repairs over the last decade as it was my main instrument through studies. I tried to include those in photos. 3 repaired cracks on the top plate, all of which have held up. The bridge and soundpost were recently replaced in December.

The instrument is quite bright and clear, the upper register is especially powerful. I haven’t been able to find out much about the maker. It was appraised at $6k at purchase, happy to provide info and copy of appraisal.
