The Novation Launchpad MK2 is a compact grid controller built for hands-on music creation and performance in Ableton Live. Featuring an 8×8 matrix of RGB backlit pads, it provides instant visual feedback for launching clips, triggering samples, programming beats, and controlling effects. USB-powered and highly portable, it became a favourite among electronic musicians thanks to its intuitive workflow and seamless integration with Ableton.
Beyond clip launching, the Launchpad MK2 can be used for finger drumming, MIDI performance, lighting control, and custom controller mappings.
