This Thinline Telecaster (“Crafted in Japan”) has an ash body with natural finish and a maple neck. It was bought in the UK in 1999 and has only had one owner. It was customised by a guitar repair shop with a black pickguard and Seymour Duncan pickups, Custom Custom (for Fender string spacing) in the bridge and Jazz at the neck, with a push pull coil tap on both pots. Which I think improves the look, sound and versatility of the guitar. The original pickups and pickguard will be included should the buyer wish to reinstate it to its original condition.

The guitar is in very good condition, with signs of light use. There is some minor wear on the neck and fret wear on the lower frets, up to the 8th fret, mainly near the 3rd (G) string. It plays very nicely with a low action and resonant body.
