Manley Backbone Mastering Insert Switcher, with ElCO Cables

I've had it packed away in the box since late 2018 when my mastering lab & studios closed to a new landlord. I bought it in 2011. The unit has stayed idle due my declining health problems.

As you can see it was hooked up to a GML 9500 EQ, Manley Pultecs, & a quick button push choice between compressors : Manley Vari Mu , SSL G Series, Neve 33609, and GML 8900.

It's the ultimate in hand adjustable calibrated gain control and quick switching.

Included are Elco to XLR's using Mogami cables in a separate box. 

You can run it mono or stereo.

Here's our hookup notes from in my use of the Manley Backbone 

•  INPUTS:
• 1. Playback from Avid or Apogee D/A convertors
  2. CD player
  3. Studer 1/2" or Otari 1/4" analog tape deck
• OUTPUTS:
• 1. The analog mastered signal to the A/D converter ( TC Finalizer or Waves MAXXBCL were in the digital chain if needed.)
• 2. To Focusrite RED monitor switcher and then to Genelec monitors
