Fender Pre CBS Jazz Bass Ashtray Bridge Cover Early 60’s

Original pre-CBS Fender bass bridge cover (ashtray) removed from a 1962 Fender Jazz Bass. This is the correct chrome-plated bridge cover used on early 1960s Jazz and Precision Basses and features the desirable embossed Fender script logo. A great piece for completing a vintage restoration or replacing a missing original on your pre-CBS instrument.

The cover shows honest vintage wear consistent with over 60 years of use, including light pitting, oxidation, scratches, and plating wear as shown in the photos. The Fender logo remains crisp and well defined, and the cover retains a nice overall vintage appearance. No mounting screws are included.
