The Gen II line was a collaboration between ACB and Warburton which resulted in a great line of mouthpieces. Though it's been replaced by our new standard series, this is one last chance to get your hands on a Gen II before they are off the shelves for good!
The 1.25CS top features the following specs,
- 1.068 OD, 0.671 ID
- Modified C Bowl Cup
- Similar to a Monette B2S3, ACB 1 1/4
This is one of my most popular pieces in the ACB line, featuring a traditional 1.25 rim and modified CS style bowl. It also has a much more efficient entrance into the throat. This combination helps the articulation and adds a lively "zip" to the sound. It is especially good on vintage trumpets or overly dark horns to make them "speak".
This is in our awesome medium blank with the weight distributed more evenly across the mouthpiece.
