Vintage Barcus-Berry Hi-Tek Acoustic Pickup 1980's

This is a much sought-after Barcus-Berry Hi-Tek acoustic guitar soundhole pickup.

It is deeper than the also sought-after 2522 (and more rare!), and comes with an optional bracket to install in an acoustic guitar soundhole. I cannot find the exact model number.

I had previously replaced the cork on the bracket with felt, as the cork had worn off. There was some light rusting on the screws that I mostly cleaned off, and I cleaned up the jack contacts, which were noisy.

Also, the solder came loose on the jack, but I resoldered it last night, and it works perfectly and sounds phenomenally good. It’s my favorite soundhole pickup I’ve ever used, but it has been sitting in a parts organizer for years, and I figured I might as well sell it.

DC Resistance is 6.07 kΩ. Dimensions are 2.7"W x 1.45"H x 0.78"D (bracket: 4.25"W x 1.75"H). Cable length is 15.5".
