This is a new in box (NIB) Vintage 1989 IVL 7000 Mark II Guitar MIDI Interface without the MFS-40 footswitch. The unit has never been touched by human hands since the date of manufacture.
This unit has been fully tested with technician gloves so there are absolutely no fingerprints, this is museum quality vintage. The rack unit was opened to test the coin cell battery which after all these years is still registering at approximately 3 volts, which is the voltage of a new coin cell.
This system is for a discriminating collector or studio wishing to have legacy equipment backup that is in mint new condition.
Made by IVL Technologies in Canada, the 1U rack device offers features such as pitch bend, transpose, volume dynamics, and a built-in tuner. With MIDI out, 8-pin DIN input, and guitar out connectivity, this interface allows for driving any MIDI gear. Please see attached photos as they are part of this listing's description.
