BODY WOOD: Ash
DIMENSIONS: 14" wide by 20" long, planed to 1.500” (1-1/2") thick (Width and length are + - .25")
WEIGHT: Varies - Averages 12.8 lbs (but quite a bit is cut away for a body)
1-1/2" Thick blanks are primarily use to make "Thinline" guitar bodies. To make a "Thinline", Chambers are cut into the blank and then a 1/4" thick "Top" is glued on and then machined.
· 100% Made by veterans in the USA
· Multi piece blank (95% are two piece). The picture is a stock picture and not the actual blank you will receive
· This blank has no finish. You should seal it as soon as possible to avoid splits etc.
