This sequential pair of vintage Neumann U64s is in near mint condition. There is only some light wear in the microphones and accessories. SN 356 and 357.
All components are original - mics, cases (matching SNs), power supply, shock mounts. Cables are Mogami and the set also comes with a waterproof case.
The microphones and power supply were recently serviced by The Mic Shop in Nashville. Everything is in top notch condition. The power supply was recapped. These mics are in perfect shape and are sounding as best as they can. Nuvistors are in great shape. The capsules are super clean too.
This set is ready to be used in studio for many years without servicing.
The U64s are similar mics to the KM64s. They use a Nuvistor 7586 while the Km64s use a AC701k tube. Both use the same capsule, the KK64. They were mainly sold in the US market and made between 1964 and 1971.
