Ludwig 1920s Heavy 2-Pieces Brass Shell 4x14 -#578

Full restoration and full disassembly with all parts cleaned, polished and waxed. Two broken clips replaced with new copper finish claws. Missing and damaged bolts replaced with stainless steel. One lug had stripped threads and drilled then replaced with a threaded insert. Top calf head is damaged. 1920s Ludwig Drum without a name. Heavy two-piece brass shell that’s spot-soldered at the seam. Identical shell construction as the 1920s Ludwig deluxe black beauty. Ludwig tango strainer patented June 2 08. direct thread tube lugs and no insert protrude.
