Gibson Nashville’s Certified Vintage division authenticated and inspected the guitar extensively, confirming its originality and exceptional state of preservation.

The guitar retains its original PAF humbuckers with factory-correct output readings of 7.90k (neck) and 8.60k (bridge), delivering the rich harmonic complexity and dynamic response that define the finest late-’50s and early-’60s Gibson instruments. The original stereo/Varitone configuration remains fully intact, offering both historical significance and remarkable tonal versatility.
Visually, this ES-355TDSV is breathtaking. The original Cherry finish remains exceptionally vibrant with remarkable depth and clarity, beautifully complemented by naturally aged gold hardware and a stunningly preserved original pink-lined hardshell case. The only maintenance performed is a professional refret and nylon nut replacement carried out by Glaser Instruments and documented through Gibson Certified Vintage.
